About the Role

As a IT Business Analyst in our Corporate Functions InfoTech team, you'll be at the intersection of business and technology, translating complex requirements into effective solutions. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across Legal & Compliance, Audit, Procurement, and Finance to understand their needs and deliver systems that enhance their operational capabilities.

KeyResponsibilities

• Requirement Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for technical teams

• Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teamsand actualhands-ontoconfigure our Expense reporting tool.Based onbusiness requirements.

• Testing Coordination: Develop test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet requirements

• Process Optimization:Identifyopportunities to improve business processes through technology solutions

• Documentation: Createcomprehensivedocumentationforbusinessrequirements,solutiondesigns, anduserguides

• Change Management: Support the implementation ofnew solutions, including training and communication planning

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

• Solid business analysis skillswith experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and management

• Technical understanding ofITsolutions(SaaS)and experience working with cloud-based applications

• Excellent communication skillsincluding clear articulation of technical topics to non-technical audiences

These areadditionalnicetohaves:

• Work experience on the Coupa platform

• Azureexperience

• Technical understanding of web technologies such as HTTP, HTML, XML, JSON Web services, SOAP & REST API, SAML

• Experience with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams

• Knowledge of financial, legal, or compliance domains

• Experience with process modeling and optimization techniques

• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools

• Project management skills and experience coordinating complex initiatives

Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week
