Jithvar Consultancy Services is a forward-thinking IT solutions provider, delivering modern web, mobile, and AI-driven software applications to clients across the globe. We are currently looking for a talented and experienced MERN Stack Developer who is proficient in NestJS and Next.js to join our growing engineering team in Lucknow.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express/NestJS, React, and Node.js.
Work with Next.js for server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and performance optimization.
Build RESTful and GraphQL APIs using NestJS.
Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
Work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to ensure timely delivery.
Optimize applications for speed, security, and scalability.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging processes.
Stay up to date with new tools, technologies, and trends in web development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in full-stack web development using the MERN stack.
Strong hands-on experience with NestJS and Next.js.
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
Good understanding of database design and working with PgSQL, MongoDB or Mongoose.
Knowledge of REST and GraphQL API development.
Experience with Git, CI/CD workflows, and Agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or microservices architecture.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or DigitalOcean.
Knowledge of authentication systems like OAuth2, JWT, etc.
Exposure to performance monitoring and error tracking tools.
