MERN Stack Developer (NestJS + Next.js)

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced MERN Stack Developer with proficiency in NestJS and Next.js to join our expanding engineering team in Lucknow. As a MERN Stack Developer at Jithvar Consultancy Services, your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack web applications utilizing MongoDB, Express/NestJS, React, and Node.js. You will also work with Next.js for server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and performance optimization, as well as build RESTful and GraphQL APIs using NestJS. Collaboration with designers, project managers, and fellow developers will be essential to ensure timely project delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for optimizing applications for speed, security, and scalability, participating in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging processes, and staying updated on new tools, technologies, and trends in web development. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack web development using the MERN stack, with strong hands-on experience in NestJS and Next.js. Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks is required, along with a good understanding of database design and experience with PgSQL, MongoDB, or Mongoose. Knowledge of REST and GraphQL API development, familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and Agile methodologies, as well as strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are also essential. Nice to have qualifications include experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or microservices architecture, familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or DigitalOcean, knowledge of authentication systems like OAuth2, JWT, etc., and exposure to performance monitoring and error tracking tools.
