IT Architect

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT professional with expertise in Artificial Intelligence to lead the integration of AI solutions across all our business processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities for automation, implementing AI-driven tools, and ensuring seamless adoption of AI technologies across departments to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for AI integration.
• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions across multiple functions (finance, operations, HR, sales, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored AI solutions.
• Integrate AI tools with existing IT infrastructure and business applications.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance while deploying AI-driven solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on using AI-based tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT with a strong background in AI/ML technologies.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage end-to-end AI solution development and deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in process automation (RPA + AI).
• Knowledge of data engineering, big data tools, and APIs.
• Familiarity with business process re-engineering and digital transformation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
