Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales / Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and close sales Explain product features and benefits clearly and persuasively Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly Collaborate with the sales team for strategy and performance improvements Requirements: Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or a related field (preferred) Excellent verbal communication skills Strong persuasion and negotiation skills Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools High energy level and a positive attitude Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
