We re excited to invite an Azure-certified professional to join our dynamic and collaborative team. As an IT Analyst Azure Expert , you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality Level 2 product support, ensuring seamless customer onboarding, and executing platform service installations. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong technical proficiency with a proactive and customer-first mindset.

What will you do in
RamSoft

Provide L2 product support for Azure-based services and internal platforms.

Handle customer onboarding requests, ensuring smooth and timely setup.

Perform Platform Service (PS) installations , configurations, and updates.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues.

Maintain documentation related to support processes, onboarding workflows, and standard installations.

Monitor and report on service performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs.

Participate in knowledge-sharing and contribute to the continuous improvement of support operations.

Required Qualifications Skills:

AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator certification is mandatory .

Strong understanding of Azure infrastructure , including Virtual Machines, Networking, and Storage.

Proven experience in Level 2 (L2) technical support roles.

Familiarity with support ticketing systems and incident management tools.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication skills to engage with internal teams and external customers.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with PowerShell scripting or other automation tools.

Exposure to ITIL processes and service management frameworks.

Prior experience in a customer-facing support role .
