This role involves working within the Sanmina Customer Integrations team building ERP adapters and Web APIs. The Customer Integrations team is a small team of developers and business analysts, the team is responsible for designing, building and deploying these solutions. The team is looking to hire an enthusiastic junior developer to work on Server Application Java and WSO2 projects. The candidate should not only be looking to grow their Java skills but also keen to learn and get involved in other fields of Information Technology such as ERP Systems, Javascript and Web Services. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES The candidate will be working alongside experienced Java and WSO2 developers and business analysts and will be given on the job training and guidance. EDUCATION/TRAINING/ WORK EXPERIENCE Professional qualification, with strong, commercial focus. 2 to 3 years with JAVA/WSO2 experience, preferably in a large, international corporate manufacturing environment. Responsibilities includes determining the best-fit integration solutions (SnapLogic, MFT, Qlik, etc.), reducing core costs, and ensuring early engagement in integration planning. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge across software, servers, storage, networks, and cloud environments, along with experience in system architecture, security, and enterprise integration solutions. Master s or bachelor s degree in computer science or a related field At least 12+ years of experience Strong skills in SQL, Java, Phyton and ETL concepts. Strong skills with cloud or SaaS integrations like AWS, Snowflake and other. Experience with relational databases such as Snowflake, Teradata and Oracle. Design and Develop ETL jobs and SnapLogic pipelines to manage Project requirements. Provide insights to consultants for continuous improvement and participate in projects as needed. Review and approve technical decisions from development teams. Assessments of AS Is and To Be states, create transformation plans with Benchmarks of future states. Evaluate and/or develop Innovative ideas and solutions for the technology stack. Participate in technical design specification activities as needed. Define and provide training to consultant trainers on Caterpillar-specific tools and processes. Work with Technical Leads and business partners to understand and execute availability and Performance in environments (Test, QA, Pre-Prod, Prod). Performing implementation and integration tasks for complex developed systems and software solutions. Translating business and functional requirements to technical requirements and specifications. Communicate and promote the adoption of practices and standards within development teams. Capable of thriving in high-pressure situations and delivering results within tight time constraints. Demonstrated technical knowledge of software, servers, storage, network (load balancers and firewalls), and overall Caterpillar risk domains and cloud domains. Accountable for product Licenses.
