Job Description

Mott MacDonald is looking for IT Analyst Productivity Applications to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Analyze and improve existing productivity applications to enhance user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for productivity applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to productivity applications.
Conduct training sessions for end-users on new productivity applications.
Monitor and report on application performance metrics.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of productivity applications and their functionality.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
