Job Summary

Shellsquare Softwares is seeking a proactive and skilled IT Administrator to manage and support our internal IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in system administration, network management, and IT support, ensuring smooth and secure operations across the organization.Key Responsibilities

Maintain and monitor company networks, servers, and systems.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Ensure data security and perform regular backups.
Respond to IT support requests and resolve technical issues promptly.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support.
Document IT procedures and maintain asset inventory.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in IT administration or support.
Proficiency in Windows/Linux server environments.
Experience with network protocols, firewalls, and VPNs.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Certifications

CompTIA Network+ / Security+
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
