Job Summary
IT Administrator is responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, servers, and data security systems and ensures that internal IT structure of the enterprise remains up-to-date, also maintaining the organizational IT network, servers, security systems, creating and Managing several levels of data backup.Applies understanding of computer software and hardware to diagnose problems, determine appropriate course of action, provide complete follow through to successful resolution

Responsibilities and Duties
Conduct network troubleshooting to segregate and identify general network problems.Manage, maintain and update onsite printers, system, severs and Switches Support Online Circular production applicable processes.Maintain all local software and hardware licensing to ensure conformance.Support determination of local and customer needs for yearly budgeting process and request for proposal processes.Perform with UPS to manage all UPS workstations along with existing and operational printers.Perform as back-up support on entire workflow systems for Ad Print and Production Services.Support in workflow evaluation and improvement.Maintain server, upgrade, secure, system backups and disaster recovery preparation.Support implementation and planning of deletions, additions and major changes to support regional infrastructure.Recommend software and hardware solutions comprising of upgrades and new acquisitions.Install software, maintain and introduce training as needed.Maintain and secure passwords, file system security and data integrity for desktop environment.Maintain and update documentation of procedures and configurations.Manage entire purchase of inventory related to hardware, software and other IT supplies.Develop and maintain vendor relations.Inform senior staff about industry innovations and recommend relevant upgrades.Creating and Managing several levels of data backup

To assess present network serves, operating systems and security layer, To upgrade hardware and software programs , To install and implement effective security systems , To perform data backup and recovery processes , To resolve issues with systems and programs , Monitoring the network efficiency, Applying patches and updates Required Experience and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Technology preferred or Associate Degree in equivalent field of study with relevant work experience In-depth knowledge and working experience in IT Services and Technologies: Windows Services, Virtualization, Network Administration, Server and Storage, Desktop/Workstation Administration, Database, Telephony (Avaya, Cisco, etc. and Call Center Management Functions), Production Support (Application Monitoring and Management, Source Configuration Management)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
