Role- IT-Administrator

Experience required- 8-10 yrs.

Location- Magarpatta City, Pune

We are seeking a results-oriented and experienced IT administrator to manage our company's computer infrastructure & Software. You will be performing troubleshooting to resolve IT issues, and maintaining our network & servers including upgrading and installing hardware and software

• Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
• Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
• Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
• Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems
• Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
• Network integration: - Aruba Switches, POE Switches, Internet Connectivity, New patch Cable creation, WIFI Connectivity, WIFI Access Point Configuration.
• Project Hosting: -Domain availability Check, Domain Booking, Name Server Update, Hosting Setup, DNS Records Creation, MX Records Updates, SSL Certificate purchase and implementation.
• Microsoft 365 Email integration: - Mail id creation, Mail setup, Email signature configuration, Email routing, manage quarantines, Spoofing and authentication, Email log search, Authentication, Group email etc.
• Firewall integration: Fortinet 80f/40f Firewall rules creation, common policy creation, web filter, antivirus filter, virtual host, vpn creation, site to site VPN creation, SDWAN configuration, DHCP rule creation, Admin log event etc.
• Biometric system: - MySQL configuration, data base updating, connectivity between server to HRMS, new biometric number creation, biometric id updating on HRMS application etc.
• Antivirus Server: - Monitoring and maintaining laptops desktops & servers.
• Windows Server: - Server-2019/2016 installation & configuration, Linux, Ubuntu installation & configuration.
• VMware Application: - Installation, configuration & Troubleshooting
• Network Printers: - Printing & scanning access configuration, user id creation, etc.
• Web Sites: - GoDaddy C-panel setup, WordPress troubleshooting, etc
• EPABX & CCTV System: - PRI Line manage, EPABX software troubleshooting, CCTV DVR configuration & troubleshooting etc.
• UPS management: monitor the health and ensure continuous backup
• New User Creation: - Local User Creation, Machine Configuration, Access control
• Along with Microsoft Teams & Google Meet/ Zoom Online Meeting Setup: - Meeting invitation creation, webinar hosting, review meeting hosting, meeting recording etc.

REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor's degree/ masters in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
• Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies,
• Must have experience in hardware and software installations and maintenance.
• Implement best practices in IT administration and system security.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and people & time management skills.
