Job Responsibilities:
· Installing and configuring software and hardware
· Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues· Managing Servers and network devices· Support users for issues related to Windows, Office365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams.· Act as first-level support for technical issues raised by users.· Set up and configure computer systems and applications for new users.· Support procurement of computers by performing due diligence.· Manage local printer and network printer
Skills Required:
· Good knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware, software applications
· Good knowledge of Networking, TCP/IP Protocols· Good Knowledge in Operating Systems Windows, Linux· Experienced in Office365, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.· Problem-solving skills· Ability to multitask· Strong communication skills· Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.· Knowledge in cloud providers like AWS/Azure/GCP will be a added advantage
Learning Opportunities:
· Maintaining Servers, Data Center, NAS· Managing Network firewalls, routers and switches· Cloud Infrastructure Knowledge AWS, AZURE· SQL and SAP-HANA Administrator (DB Administrator)· SAPB1 Administrator

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
