Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic. Content Creation: Write and publish regular blogs, product articles, and healthcare awareness posts (digital and print). Generate creative content for social media, newsletters, and internal campaigns. Content should be in English, and local languages. Digital Campaign Management: Design and run paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI. GP & Diabetologist Engagement: Lead campaigns to onboard GPs and Diabetologists for the Heal-It Wound Clinic initiative. Organize webinars, online CMEs, and virtual training sessions. Events & Public Engagement: Plan and execute community health camps and CME workshops. Coordinate public health campaigns related to diabetic foot ulcers and wound care awareness. Marketing Support for Distributors: Provide digital collateral, visibility tools, and indirect promotional support for Barbyl products. Analytics & ROI: Track all campaign metrics, ensure proper budget utilization, and generate monthly ROI reports. Provide strategic insights for business transformation through marketing performance analysis. As the successful candidate for this position, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery process of BCOS mattresses and DVT. This includes cleaning the mattresses and DVT units in preparation for delivery to hospitals and homecare facilities. You will also be tasked with couriering the infected mattresses and covers for cleaning, as well as servicing and troubleshooting any complaints related to the mattresses and DVT units. Additionally, you will be responsible for packing and couriering documents and inventory, as well as managing and coordinating the delivery of inventory to hospitals. It will be part of your duties to maintain the company vehicle in a neat and clean condition. Please note that this position is specifically for male candidates who hold a valid 2 & 4 wheeler license. The job types available are full-time, permanent, and suitable for fresher candidates.
