Role & responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business leads across enterprise and retail segments.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for retention and growth.
  • Conduct sales presentations, solution demos, and close deals.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery excellence.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to drive performance.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

8 - 12 years of experience in ISP/Telecom Sales.

Proven track record in lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure.

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Experience in managing enterprise
