Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Liaise with auditors, banks, and consultants for audits and financial reviews.
Monitor budgets, cost controls, and variance analysis.
Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL entries, bank reconciliations).
Finalize accounts and assist in monthly/quarterly/year-end closings.
Maintain up-to-date records of
GST and TDS workings
and supporting documentation.
Timely and accurate filing of
monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C)
.
Manage
e-invoicing
and
e-way bills
as per applicable turnover criteria.
Handle
GST audits
, assessments, and respond to notices from the department.
Reconcile books of accounts with GST portal data monthly.
Timely deduction and deposit of TDS as per provisions of the
Income Tax Act
.
Filing of
quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, 27Q)
.
Generation and issuance of
TDS certificates (Form 16, Form 16A)
.

Preferred candidate profile

B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter/MBA in Finance or Accounting.
58 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance roles.
Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards and taxation
