Job Title: PHP Backend Developer Location: Noida (Onsite) Experience: 3–5 Years Employment Type: Full-time Work Mode: Onsite Shift: Night Shift (with allowances) Job Overview We are looking for a skilled PHP Backend Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PHP frameworks, database design, RESTful APIs, and backend system optimization. This is an onsite role based in Noida , supporting global projects and clients. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain robust backend solutions using PHP Build and integrate RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications Work with MySQL / PostgreSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices Collaborate closely with frontend developers, QA teams, and product stakeholders Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues efficiently Implement third-party APIs and services when required Maintain proper code documentation and follow version control best practices (Git) Participate in code reviews and contribute to backend architecture improvements Required Skills & Qualifications 3–5 years of proven experience as a PHP Backend Developer Strong proficiency in Core PHP and at least one PHP framework ( Laravel / CodeIgniter / Symfony ) Solid understanding of MVC architecture Experience working with MySQL and writing optimized SQL queries Knowledge of REST APIs , JSON, and AJAX Familiarity with Linux environments and basic server management Experience with Git/GitHub or GitLab Understanding of security best practices (authentication, authorization, data protection) Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Preferred / Good to Have Experience with Laravel Queues, Jobs, and Scheduler Exposure to Redis, Memcached , or caching mechanisms Knowledge of Docker or basic cloud platforms (AWS/Azure is a plus) Understanding of CI/CD pipelines Experience working in night shift or global delivery models Soft Skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Good time management and ownership mindset Willingness to work in night shifts Additional Benefits & Perks 🌙 Night Shift Allowances 🚕 Morning Drop Cab Facility 🍽️ Meals Provided 📈 Growth and learning opportunities 💼 Stable long-term role with exposure to international projects 🏢 Professional onsite work environment
