Job Description

This Position reports to:

IS Manager

Your role and responsibilities:

The mission of the IS SRC Services Effectiveness Manager is to ensure the overall effectiveness of SRC Services, financial performance, operational compliance and quality. The manager will lead a team dedicated to ensuring the highest levels of security and risk management while balancing business needs and objectives. Through continuous assessment and improvement, the manager will foster a culture of security, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop and maintain strong vendor/supplier relationships. The goal is to protect the organization''s assets, reputation, and customers'' trust by maintaining a secure, reliable, and efficient information security program. They supervise internal and external 3rd party supplier resources for the effective delivery and operational performance of the services in scope ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI

This role is contributing to the Security, Risk & Compliance - IS area in Global Environment. Main stakeholders are C-Suite, IS Department Managers, IS Service Owners.
You will be mainly accountable for:

Ensure alignment with ITIL frameworks, continuously assessing and aligning our information security practices to uphold ITIL standards.
Identify and implement efficiency gains within the information security program, optimizing processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
Enhance ITSM (IT Service Management) quality, actively seeking and integrating improvements to elevate the service quality and effectiveness of our IT security operations.
Maintain a strong focus on Operational Compliance by consistently aligning information security with industry standards, ensuring regular audits and process reviews for sustained compliance.
Financial Performance: by ensuring that the organization''s information security is effective, efficient and optimized.
Strategic security partners quality monitoring: oversight into the service operations of service providers, performance management, escalation management, and security tools effectiveness monitoring (purchasing oversight, planning and utilization tracking).
Services documentation and processes monitoring including gaps identifications, improvements management and evaluation of the services roadmap delivery.

Qualifications for the role:

Minimum Qualification - B.E. / B. Tech (Full Time) + must have Security Certifications - CISM / CISSP / Any security certifications
Experience with project management (preferably security-related projects), including the ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and superior knowledge of IS technology.
Demonstrated experience in managing and improving processes, including the identification of opportunities for process improvement and the implementation of new processes and procedures with technical knowledge of security technologies.
Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
Fluent spoken and written English.
