Job Description

You will be mainly accountable for:

Defines and maintains Training strategy and planin unison with CX Success Lead and CX Operations Manager and CX Marcom Manager
Develop and gain approval of training assets, together with the Adoption Leads, Product Leads, Content Specialist, Channel Specialist and external agencies
Deliver and Measure Training Campaigns
Communicate outcomes to Senior Leaders in CX and business
Provide Training Material consultancy and content to Product & Service product launch support.
Build and maintain ABB IS How to Video Library of short training content
Project managing development projects liaising with various stakeholders to ensure constant flow of relevant and high-quality training
Supporting the development of a strong internal training network within corporate and businesses to ensure scalability.

Qualification:

Bachelors Degree in related fields (Technology, Communication, Learning Management)
Advanced Certification in Learning Systems of similar
8 years professional experience in training delivery
2 years professional experience in a Change Management role
2 years in project management
Strong knowledge of Office 365 and PowerApps& Automate, an understanding of the Microsoft Road Map
Experience within ABB business and ABB users would be an advantage
