Roles and Responsibility

Job Requirements

Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a similar industry or role.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with learning management systems and data analysis tools.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
