Job Location \u2013 Mumbai, Malad Work From Office Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced IoT Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of home automation products and IoT technologies, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration skills to drive product development and success. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management for our home automation products, from concept to launch and beyond. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent products related to the development and deployment of home automation products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including vendors, engineering and design to ensure alignment and successful product delivery. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the overall working of the system and protcols. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives. Own and Track the deliverable for the defined project scope & goal. Identify and mitigate risks and issues, and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution. Drive product launches and feature implementation. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. 8+ years of Proven experience (3+ years) in product management roles, preferably within the IoT or home automation industry. Strong technical background with a solid understanding of IoT technologies, protocols, and standards. (Not Mandatory- Added Advantage) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of translating business objectives into actionable product plans. Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering high-quality products on time and within budget. Passion for innovation and continuous learning, with a keen interest in staying abreast of industry developments and best practices. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to drive decision-making.
