Key Responsibilities - Work with stakeholders to elicit requirements for analysis and reporting for marketing initiatives. - Identify trends and help shape business decisions through data insights. - Set up Google Tag Manager (GTM) across multiple websites - tag implementation, configuration, testing and debugging - Implement and enhance Looker Studio dashboards for KPIs, conversion funnels, traffic sources and performance of marketing campaigns. - Build and enhance Power BI reports enabling deep insights from all the data sources - Write optimized SQL for ETL required for analysis - Collaborate with internal brand and software teams to achieve consistency and effective tagging and reporting - Be the key point person for GA4, GTM, Power BI expertise and support market-tech teams Skills Required - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Marketing, Economics or a related field with at least 6 years of experience. - Experience working with B2C e-commerce or digital services with multi-brand organizations - Hands-on and solid understanding of full-funnel measurement strategies with user journeys from ad click to conversion or quote completion - Experience working with North American (US and Canada) based teams is highly desired - Solid understanding of channel mechanics, KPIs, & best practices in digital marketing analytics - Strong analytical skills, including building measurement and testing plans, generating models, and performance projections. - Knowledge of DAX formulas, custom visual development in PowerBI is desired - Microsoft Power BI certification would be nice to have - Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments - Advanced experience building complex dashboards in visual analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker Studio. - Established history of creating detailed, advanced reporting.
