💼 The Role:

We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced iOS Team Lead to join our dynamic engineering team in India. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of proven expertise in building and scaling complex iOS applications, with strong command of Swift, SwiftUI, and modern architecture patterns such as MVVM and VIPER.

This role requires deep experience in UI development, performance optimization, and secure app delivery, as well as the ability to lead and mentor a team while collaborating across departments to deliver high-quality, user-focused mobile products.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Languages & Paradigms:

  Swift, SwiftUI, OOP, Protocol-Oriented Programming.

• Architecture Patterns:

  MVVM, VIPER.

• UI Development:

  Complex UI, Custom Views, Auto Layout, Animations, Adaptive Layouts.

• Frameworks & APIs:

  CoreLocation, MapKit, Google Maps SDK, CoreAnimation, UserNotifications.

• Networking & Data:

  RESTful APIs (Alamofire), Codable, JSON, Realm, SQLite, Core Data, MQTT.

• 3rd-Party Tools & Dependency Management:

  CocoaPods, Swift Package Manager.

• Firebase Suite:

  Analytics, Crashlytics, Push Notifications, Remote Config.

• Version Control & Collaboration:

  Git, Code Reviews, Branching strategies.

• Testing & Quality:

  XCTest, XCUITest, debugging & Instruments profiling.

• Security & Performance:

  Keychain, Secure Storage, App Transport Security, memory/CPU optimization.

• App Store Management & Distribution:

  TestFlight, App Store Connect.

• Scalability:

  Work confidently in large, modular codebases.

• Leadership:

  Lead, mentor, and guide iOS developers; conduct code reviews and ensure best practices.

• 10+ years of proven professional experience in mobile development and software engineering.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging mindset.
• Positive, collaborative attitude with ownership of work.
• Experience leading and mentoring iOS teams.
• Comfortable in large, modular codebases.
• Experience mentoring juniors and reviewing code.
• Adaptable to Food Delivery, FinTech, and other complex domains.
• Experience with QA automation (Appium/BrowserStack).
• Experience with CI/CD & Automation tools like Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Xcode.
