Job Description:

Hooqx is seeking a skilled and dynamic Investor Relations Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fundraising, investor communication, and bank-related operations, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors.
• Assist in fundraising activities, including preparing investor presentations, financial reports, and proposals.
• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and venture capital firms for funding requirements.
• Prepare and manage investor communication materials such as reports, updates, and newsletters.
• Analyze financial data and market trends to support investment decisions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure transparency and timely information flow to investors.
• Organize investor meetings, conferences, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of investor interactions and funding activities.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Investor Relations, Fundraising, or Banking operations.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment processes, and corporate finance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with investors and financial partners.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and a proactive, result-driven attitude.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

Salary:

• Salary depends on last drawn and relevant experience.
