Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a fundraising strategy aligned with company growth goals.
Build and maintain relationships with HNI, Angel Investors, VCs, Family Offices, Banks, and Institutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling investment presentations, pitch decks, and financial models.
Manage the end-to-end fundraising cycle – from prospecting to deal closure.
Support due diligence processes and coordinate with legal/finance teams.
Ensure timely and transparent communication with investors (reports, updates, reviews).
Stay updated with market trends, EV sector opportunities, and investment movements.

Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, corporate finance, or capital raising.
Strong network of investors (preferred experience in EV, renewable energy, or manufacturing sectors).
Excellent financial modeling and valuation skills.
Proven track record of closing investment deals.
Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a growth-oriented leadership team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
