Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Investment Support Executive (Fresher) to support our investment operations, client servicing, and internal research teams. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a strong foundation in capital markets, investments, and wealth management.

Key Responsibilities

Investment & Operations Support

• Assist the investment team in daily operational activities

• Support execution and tracking of mutual fund, equity, and other investment products

• Maintain investment records, transaction logs, and MIS reports

Client Support & Coordination

• Assist in onboarding investors and maintaining KYC documentation

• Respond to basic client queries related to investments and account status

• Coordinate with Relationship Managers and internal teams

Research & Data Support

• Help collect, organize, and update market data and investment reports

• Support basic research on mutual funds, equities, and market trends

• Prepare presentation decks, factsheets, and internal notes

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure adherence to internal processes and regulatory guidelines

• Maintain proper documentation in line with SEBI/AMFI norms

• Support audit and compliance-related data requirements

Eligibility & Qualifications

Education (Mandatory):

• BBA / B.Com / BBM / MBA (Finance or Marketing preferred)

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply

Knowledge & Skills:

• Basic understanding of financial markets, investments, and mutual funds

• Good analytical and numerical ability

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Willingness to learn and grow in the investment domain

• NISM certification (or willingness to complete)

• Internship exposure in finance, banking, or investment firms

• Interest in equity markets, mutual funds, and wealth advisory
