Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Investment Support Executive (Fresher) to support our investment operations, client servicing, and internal research teams. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a strong foundation in capital markets, investments, and wealth management.

Key Responsibilities

Investment & Operations Support

Assist the investment team in daily operational activities

Support execution and tracking of mutual fund, equity, and other investment products

Maintain investment records, transaction logs, and MIS reports

Client Support & Coordination

Assist in onboarding investors and maintaining KYC documentation

Respond to basic client queries related to investments and account status

Coordinate with Relationship Managers and internal teams

Research & Data Support

Help collect, organize, and update market data and investment reports

Support basic research on mutual funds, equities, and market trends

Prepare presentation decks, factsheets, and internal notes

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure adherence to internal processes and regulatory guidelines

Maintain proper documentation in line with SEBI/AMFI norms

Support audit and compliance-related data requirements

Eligibility & Qualifications

Education (Mandatory):

BBA / B.Com / BBM / MBA (Finance or Marketing preferred)

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply

Knowledge & Skills:

Basic understanding of financial markets, investments, and mutual funds

Good analytical and numerical ability

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Strong communication and coordination skills

Willingness to learn and grow in the investment domain

Preferred (Good to Have)

NISM certification (or willingness to complete)

Internship exposure in finance, banking, or investment firms

Interest in equity markets, mutual funds, and wealth advisory
