Investment Banking Associate

Job Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and study valuations.

• Build and maintain financial models.

• Prepare pitch decks and presentation materials.

• Share opportunities with HNIs, Family Offices, and NRIs until successful completion of the investment banking assignment.

• Arrange investor meetings and roadshows.

• Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions.

• Stay cognizant of current news, relevant events, and critical issues affecting clients and markets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial background.

• MBA, CFA, CA, or other relevant masters program.

• NISM Series IX Certificate (Preferred/Required).

• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

• Strong communication and networking skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision.

• Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments with frequent priority changes.

• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
