Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bangalore Urban for an Investment Banking Associate. The Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as financial modeling, pitch book creation, conducting due diligence, and performing valuations. The role involves analyzing financial data, preparing transaction documentation, and supporting senior bankers in deal execution.

Qualifications

• Financial Modeling and Performing Valuation skills
• Experience in creating strategy presentations and info-memos
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; an MBA/CFA is a plus
• Experience in investment banking or related finance field is preferred
