We are now recruiting Analyst for our Mumbai office in Investment Banking & Transaction Advisory Team. 

Responsibilities:

· Preparing business plan and financial model for companies. 

· Preparing detailed Information Memorandum / Board Presentations. 

· Preparing investment analysis for various investment proposals.

· Conducting business valuation and Preparing valuation reports for companies.

· Coordinating with clients for information.

· Understanding key commercial, strategic, and financial strengths and weaknesses of companies.

· First cut evaluation of various M&A opportunities received by clients by understanding operations, financial condition, and deal prospects. 

· Preparing Draft letter of interest / MOU / term sheets. 

· Evaluating various prospective transactions in terms of: - Valuation, Deal Structure and Terms and conditions.

· Assist in Due Diligence process management, coordinate with financial advisors conducting due diligence and legal advisors for agreement drafting. 

Required Skills & Experience

• 1-2 years post qualification experience. 
• Good financial modelling skills. 
• Good presentation skills. 
• Good understanding of corporate finance and valuation techniques. 
• Good communication skills and corporate etiquettes to deal with senior management. 
• Growth and target oriented.
