Investment Banking Analyst

About the Role:
We are hiring on behalf of one of the top boutique investment banking firms in Bangalore for the position of Investment Banking Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across M&A, fundraising, valuations, and financial advisory mandates.Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation, and modeling.Prepare investor presentations, pitch books, and deal collaterals.Assist in transaction execution including M&A, private equity, and fundraising deals.Perform industry and company research to support strategic insights.Coordinate with clients, investors, and internal teams for smooth deal execution.Support senior bankers in managing end-to-end deal processes.Qualifications:CA Fresher or 0–2 years of relevant experience (Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, Valuations, or related roles).Strong knowledge of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and deal structuring.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.Ability to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.What We Offer:Exposure to live transactions and client-facing roles from day one.Steep learning curve with mentorship from senior bankers.Dynamic, high-growth environment with opportunities for career progression.Competitive compensation and performance-based growth.Location: Bangalore (On-site role)How to Apply: Interested candidates can share their updated resume at careers@vettasource.com with the subject line “Application – Investment Banking Analyst – Bangalore”.
