As an Investment Bank F2B Ops Transformation Data Engineer/Analyst at Deutsche Bank in Bangalore, India, you will be part of the integrated delivery model of Investment Bank Operations (IB Operations). This model focuses on front-to-back alignment to provide transaction, reporting, and cash management services to the bank's multi-asset global businesses, including the IB Business. You will play a crucial role in the significant transformation of front-to-back operations, which is one of the bank's top three transformation agendas. Reporting to the India Head of Investment Bank F2B Operations Transformation, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing evolution of the bank's operations. In this role, you will have the chance to establish centers of excellence for process re-engineering, automation, and data analytics. Your responsibilities will include executing target operating model strategies for key operational processes, collaborating with various functional leads and teams to drive front-to-back transformation, and ensuring global process changes are implemented effectively. You will be expected to drive recommendations and improvements in organizational design, automation, and strategic technology design, leveraging your skills in transformation, continuous improvement, process optimization, and financial services knowledge. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 4 years of experience in financial services, preferably within Investment Banking Operations. Your skill set should include expertise in Transformation, Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, process optimization/re-engineering, and process mapping/modelling. Effective communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization.
