Role Overview

Investment Analyst

What You’ll Do

• Conduct industry & market research across sectors like SaaS, DeepTech, and D2C
• Build financial models, perform valuations, and support due diligence
• Assist in drafting investor presentations, IMs, and pitch materials
• Track portfolio performance, prepare MIS reports, and support founder–investor interactions
• Manage deal documentation (NDAs, term sheets, agreements) with accuracy



What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field (CFA/CA a plus)
• 0–2 years of experience in IB, consulting, VC, or equity research (internship experience acceptable)
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling skills
• Excellent communication & attention to detail
