As part of that, we’re building GEM — Genezez Expert Mentors A curated circle of experienced founders, builders, and domain experts who guide new entrepreneurs through the challenges of building and scaling a startup. ⸻ What You’ll Do • Mentor 1:1 or in groups via virtual sessions with vetted startup founders • Share playbooks, experiences, and frameworks that unlock growth • Participate in AMA sessions, roundtables, or expert-led panels inside the platform • Collaborate with GAIN (Genezez Angel Investor Network) when applicable • Help shape the direction of the founder network with feedback and insight ⸻ Who We’re Looking For • Founders, co-founders, VPs, or operators with 5+ years of experience in startups or scaleups • Investors, advisors, or domain experts (tech, product, GTM, funding, operations, hiring, etc.) • Passionate about giving back, teaching, and helping the next generation • Willing to commit at least 2 hours/month for mentoring engagements What You’ll Gain • Official recognition as a GEM (Genezez Expert Mentor) inside the platform • Access to exclusive Genezez founder-investor circles • Featured spot on our platform & social media (if desired) • First look at high-potential startups and partnership opportunities • Build your personal brand while shaping real entrepreneurial journeyst ⸻ “Mentors are the hidden GEMs behind every great founder.”
