Inventory Specialist

About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Store Engineer to manage and oversee inventory, materials, and store operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in storekeeping, material handling, and documentation, ensuring smooth inventory flow to support project requirements.

Key Responsibility

• Manage and maintain accurate records of stock, materials, and inventory.
• Oversee the receipt, inspection, and issuance of materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material requirements.
• Ensure timely dispatch of goods and manage stock levels to avoid shortages. Implement and maintain store management systems for tracking inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Assist in periodic audits and stock verification.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical, or related field preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in store management or inventory control.
• Prior work experience in HV equipment manufacturing firms, such as boilers, electrical panels, HVAC systems, motors, or other heavy electrical equipment.
• Knowledge of store operations and material management systems.
• Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
