Inventory Manager

About the Role

XLNC Perfumery is a rapidly growing fragrance brand committed to delivering high-quality perfumes. We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to take ownership of finished goods stock management, ensuring accurate control, smooth warehouse operations, and timely distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee finished goods inventory (perfume stock across SKUs).
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, inward & outward movement, and stock reconciliation.
• Implement effective stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) to avoid ageing or expired goods.
• Coordinate with sales & dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Supervise warehouse staff to maintain proper handling, packaging, and storage of perfumes.
• Conduct periodic physical stock audits, cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.
• Generate inventory reports, highlighting stock position, fast-moving & slow-moving items.
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and SOP standards for finished goods handling.

Requirements

• Graduate (Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Administration preferred).
• 4–7 years of experience in inventory/warehouse management of finished goods (FMCG, cosmetics, or perfumery industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of inventory software/ERP systems.
• Proven ability to manage stock accuracy and reduce pilferage/loss.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and team management skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in perfume, cosmetics, or FMCG finished goods management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
