Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Assembly Engineer to join our jig manufacturing team. The role involves precision assembly of mechanical and pneumatic components to build jigs and fixtures used in industrial applications. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, hands-on with assembly tools, and capable of understanding technical drawings to deliver high-accuracy assemblies. Key Responsibilities: Assemble jigs, fixtures, and tooling systems as per engineering drawings. Align and fit mechanical components like plates, pins, bushes, guide blocks, and clamps. Integrate pneumatic systems: cylinders, solenoid valves, air pipes, etc. Read and interpret 2D/3D CAD drawings, part lists, and assembly instructions. Perform functional testing and validation of assembled jigs. Coordinate with design, CNC machining, and QC departments for fitment or quality issues. Maintain accurate documentation and records of each assembly project. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the assembly process. Suggest improvements in jig design or assembly methods for better efficiency. Required Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on assembly experience. Proficient in reading engineering drawings and BOMs. Familiarity with pneumatic fittings, ESD-safe assembly (if applicable), and functional testing. Skilled in using measuring tools (vernier, dial gauge, height gauge, etc.). Basic knowledge of welding, tapping, drilling, and grinding is a plus. Qualifications: ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Tool & Die / Mechatronics Engineering. 13 years of experience in jig/fixture/tool assembly (preferred in mobile/automotive/aerospace sectors). Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Work Environment: Workshop-based role with possible visits to customer sites for installation or support. Fast-paced and precision-focused manufacturing environment.

Job Description for CNC Operator Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to operate and maintain CNC machines in the manufacturing of precision jigs for mobile industry applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of machining processes, be able to interpret technical drawings, and ensure high-quality output in line with production standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC machines (milling, turning, or wirecut) for the production of mobile jigs. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders. Set up tools, fixtures, and materials on machines according to specifications. Monitor the machine operation to ensure accuracy and quality of parts. Perform in-process inspection using measurement tools (vernier, micrometer, dial gauge, etc.). Adjust machine settings and tools to correct machining problems or improve efficiency. Maintain production logs and report any irregularities to supervisors. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies. Qualifications and Skills: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 3-4 years of experience as a CNC Operator in a precision or jig manufacturing environment. Familiarity with NX Siemens controllers (as per company machines). Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and CAD files. Knowledge of different materials used in jig making (Aluminum, polyacetal, polyurethane, mild steel, etc.). Experience with jig and fixture fabrication is a strong plus. Good understanding of machining tolerances and surface finish standards. Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Preferred Attributes: Experience in mobile jig manufacturing or tool room work. Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as required. Strong team player and problem-solving attitude.
