1. Stock & Material Management

• Maintain

  daily inward/outward stock entries

  for raw materials (mesh rolls, frames, gaskets, etc.) and finished goods (filters, screens, belts, etc.).
• Ensure

  physical stock matches system stock

  at all times.
• Monitor and update

  batch numbers, material codes, and location tagging

  in inventory records.
• Oversee

  GRN

  , material issue slips, and delivery challans.
• Conduct

  monthly and surprise stock audits

  with accounts and production departments.

2. Coordination with Departments

• Coordinate with

  Production

  for material issuance and consumption reports.
• Work with

  Accounts

  to reconcile stock valuation and wastage.
• Coordinate with

  Packing & Dispatch

  to ensure timely movement of finished goods.
• Share daily

  stock position reports

  with management.

3. System & Reporting

• Maintain stock data in

  Excel / Tally / inventory software

  .
• Prepare weekly reports: raw material status, finished stock, and shortage alerts.
• Flag

  slow-moving or excess stock

  for management review.

4. Responsibility & Control

• Prevent

  stock leakage, misplacement, or unrecorded usage

  .
• Ensure all

  goods are properly labeled and stored

  in assigned racks or bins.
• Maintain

  scrap records

  and coordinate for proper disposal.
• Follow

  FIFO (First-In, First-Out)

  for all materials.

Requirements

• Education:

  Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Diploma in Material Management preferred).

• Experience:

  2–5 years in manufacturing or warehouse inventory handling.

• Skills:

• Proficient in

  Tally / Excel / ERP

  .
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise helpers and coordinate with multiple departments.
