फुल-टाइम | ऑन-साइट Full time | On-site Kundli, Haryana MeshTech (India) को एक जिम्मेदार और व्यवस्थित Dispatch Coordinator की आवश्यकता है जो तैयार माल की समय पर और सुरक्षित डिलीवरी सुनिश्चित कर सके।MeshTech (India) is seeking a responsible and organized Dispatch Coordinator to ensure timely and safe delivery of finished goods. 🔧 Responsibilities: जिम्मेदारियाँ: ग्राहकों के ऑर्डर के अनुसार डिस्पैच प्लान तैयार करना पैकिंग लिस्ट, इनवॉइस, चालान और अन्य शिपिंग डॉक्यूमेंट्स तैयार करना ट्रांसपोर्टर्स और कोरियर एजेंसियों से समन्वय करना शिपमेंट को ट्रैक करना और ग्राहकों व सेल्स टीम को अपडेट देना तय शेड्यूल के अनुसार समय पर डिस्पैच सुनिश्चित करना डिस्पैच की दैनिक एंट्री करना और रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना यह सुनिश्चित करना कि माल गंतव्य तक सही समय पर पहुँचे और ग्राहक को स्थिति की जानकारी देना डिलीवरी में देरी या किसी गड़बड़ी की स्थिति में समाधान निकालना प्रोडक्शन और सेल्स टीम के साथ नियमित समन्वय करना Plan dispatch schedules based on customer orders Prepare packing lists, invoices, challans, and other shipping documents Coordinate with transporters and courier services Track shipments and update customers and the sales team on delivery status Ensure timely dispatch as per the planned schedule Maintain daily dispatch records and documentation Confirm that goods have reached the destination and inform customers accordingly Resolve any delays, discrepancies, or delivery-related issues Communicate regularly with the production and sales teams 🎓 योग्यता: 2-3 वर्षों का अनुभव डिस्पैच या लॉजिस्टिक्स में Excel और बेसिक कंप्यूटर ज्ञान ट्रकिंग/ट्रांसपोर्ट व्यवस्था की समझ हो समय प्रबंधन और विवरणों पर पैनी नज़र 2–3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics Proficiency in Excel and basic computer operations Understanding of truck and courier coordination Strong time management and attention to detail

The company provides customized filtration solutions for industries such as plastics, rubber, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and food and beverage. Stock & Material Management Maintain daily inward/outward stock entries for raw materials (mesh rolls, frames, gaskets, etc.) and finished goods (filters, screens, belts, etc.). Ensure physical stock matches system stock at all times. Monitor and update batch numbers, material codes, and location tagging in inventory records. Oversee GRN , material issue slips, and delivery challans. Conduct monthly and surprise stock audits with accounts and production departments. 2. Coordination with Departments Coordinate with Production for material issuance and consumption reports. Work with Accounts to reconcile stock valuation and wastage. Coordinate with Packing & Dispatch to ensure timely movement of finished goods. Share daily stock position reports with management. 3. System & Reporting Maintain stock data in Excel / Tally / inventory software . Prepare weekly reports: raw material status, finished stock, and shortage alerts. Flag slow-moving or excess stock for management review. 4. Responsibility & Control Prevent stock leakage, misplacement, or unrecorded usage . Ensure all goods are properly labeled and stored in assigned racks or bins. Maintain scrap records and coordinate for proper disposal. Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) for all materials. Requirements Education: Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Diploma in Material Management preferred). Experience: 2–5 years in manufacturing or warehouse inventory handling. Skills: Proficient in Tally / Excel / ERP . Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to supervise helpers and coordinate with multiple departments. Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month (depending on experience) Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM
