JOB DESCRIPTION: Inventory Management Executive

Location: Noida, Sector 63 Experience: 6 months to 1+ year experience Work

Timings: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Work Days: Monday to Saturday (two Saturdays off in a month, after probation)

ABOUT THE ROLE- Aviotron Aerospace Pvt. Ltd. is India’s leading K–12 experiential Ed-tech company building industrial-grade STEAM skill labs and hands-on learning kits. We are seeking a commerce executive with strong expertise in Zoho Books to manage end-to-end inventory data, billing entries, stock updates and transaction records. The role supports manufacturing operations, product deployments, D2C shipments and financial reporting accuracy. This detail-oriented role is for someone who can maintain clean data, coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely updates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

• Maintain daily purchase entries, sales bills, invoices, vendor records and expense logs. Verify and upload bills, receipts, and transaction documents into Zoho Books.
• Maintain real-time inventory data for lab materials, kit components, packaging material, electronics and mechanical parts.
• Track incoming stock, consumption and dispatches. ∙Generate bills, dispatch documents for shipments.
• Coordinate with team members to maintain proper documentation of all finances.
• Ensure updated, error free and audit ready data. ∙Generate periodic reports to track finances.

REQUIREMENTS-

• Minimum qualification – graduation in commerce field, expertise in any inventory management software like ERP, SAP, Zoho Inventory is mandatory (preferably Zoho Inventory)
• 6 months to 1+ year relevant experience. ∙Strong fundamentals in billing, invoices, inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel is a must.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹340,000.00 per year
