Role Overview

hands-on, detail-oriented Inventory & Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Transportation (Import & Domestic)

• Manage end-to-end domestic transportation and import logistics workflows.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and transport vendors.
• Monitor ETAs, customs clearance, and final-mile delivery to distributors/superstockists.
• Optimize routes and shipping timelines to reduce costs and delays.

Warehouse & Bonded Warehouse Management

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and bonded inventory compliance.
• Ensure real-time inventory updates and systematic documentation.

Inventory Control & Reporting

• Track and manage inventory movement across all warehouses and distribution points.
• Maintain accurate records of sampling, stock movement, and stock aging.
• Generate regular reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and turnover metrics.

Freight & Cost Coordination

• Validate freight charges and logistics invoices against actual service rendered.
• Work with finance and procurement teams to ensure timely reconciliations and cost control.

Internal Coordination & Support

• Act as the go-to logistics point for the sales, finance, and operations teams.
• Resolve logistics-related issues, delays, or stock inconsistencies in a timely manner.

Process & Efficiency Improvement

• Identify gaps in the supply chain process and suggest scalable solutions.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of SOPs for logistics and inventory.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in

  logistics, supply chain, or inventory management

  — preferably in FMCG, alcohol, or beverage sectors.
• Strong understanding of

  import logistics, bonded warehouse operations

  , and domestic distribution.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent coordination, vendor management, and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated, hands-on, and execution-driven.
• Familiarity with regulatory norms for bonded logistics and alcohol transport is a plus.
