Role Overview

As Quality Assurance Manager, you will take responsibility for ensuring product safety, consistency, and regulatory compliance across our production lines and co-packer facilities. You will be hands-on with daily quality operations while also setting up processes that meet Indian FSSAI and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage quality control processes across in-house and co-packer facilities.

• Conduct regular inspections, sampling, and testing of raw materials and finished beverages.

• Ensure strict compliance with FSSAI regulations for non-alcoholic beverages (composition, labelling, microbiological limits).

• Maintain documentation and support internal/external audits.

• Assist in new product development by providing input on safety, shelf-life, and quality validation.

• Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues quickly.

• Train staff on quality and food safety best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred but not mandatory).

• 3–6 years of experience in beverage/food quality assurance, ideally with exposure to non-alcoholic beverages.

• Familiarity with FSSAI regulations, HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000/FSSC 22000 standards.

• Practical knowledge of lab testing, microbiological controls, and shelf-life studies.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
