Inventory Executive – Diamond Manufacturing

Role Summary

We are hiring an experienced Inventory Executive from the diamond manufacturing industry to manage end-to-end rough, polished, certified, and consignment inventory through a diamond ERP system (Diamtrade / DiaStar / DiaFlex / in-house). The role includes all manufacturing issue/return entries, lab coordination, export documentation, stock tallies, vendor stock handling, and MIS reporting. High accuracy and strong understanding of manufacturing flow are essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. ERP-Based Inventory Management (Diamtrade or Similar)

• Enter and verify all stock transactions in Diamtrade or similar diamond inventory ERP.
• Manage rough import entries, packet creation, assorting, and splits.
• Handle manufacturing (MFG) issue to factory and update polished MFG return entries.
• Maintain stage-wise stock accuracy across rough, polished, certified, and non-certified goods.

2. Lab Certification Coordination (GIA / IGI / Others)

• Prepare packets for lab issuance and update ERP entries.
• Track lab submissions, rechecks, corrections, and returns
• .Maintain accurate mapping of stones, certificates, and results.

3. Export & SEZ Documentation

• Prepare export-related documentation including packing lists and shipment entries.
• Update export-out and export-in stock movements in ERP.
• Support SEZ export requirements and coordinate with the export team.

4. Stock Tally & Reconciliation

• Conduct regular stock tallies for rough, polished, certified, non-certified, and smalls.
• Manage tallies for safe stock, video stock, vendor stock, and consignment inventory.Identify and escalate shortages and ensure timely reconciliation.

5. Vendor & Consignment Stock Handling

• Manage consignment-in and consignment-out stock entries.
• Coordinate vendor videography movements and track returns.
• Maintain clear documentation and audit-ready stock records.

6. MIS & Advanced Excel Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on inventory, lab movement, and manufacturing flow.
• Use Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliation) for reporting.
• Support management with accurate and real-time inventory visibility.

Candidate Profile Must-Have Skills5+ years experience in diamond manufacturing inventory

• Working knowledge of diamond ERPs (Diamtrade / DiaStar / DiaFlex / in-house systems)
• Strong understanding of rough-to-polish workflow and manufacturing stages
• Experience with MFG issue, MFG return, assorting, splits, and packet handling
• Knowledge of GIA/IGI certification processes
• Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) & MIS reportingHigh accuracy, discipline, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in export & SEZ documentation
• Experience handling consignment and vendor-based stock
• Ability to coordinate with Manufacturing, QC, Lab, Export, and Purchase teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
