Job Description

Responsibilities

Check opening Stocks as per Reports on daily basis specially running items in SAP
Checked and verifying the vendors documents and Process documents for accounting purpose bills/Good Receipt PO of incoming material
1 Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping of all stock movements

Verify all the last day activity (In/Out) & rectify the error if any.

3 To ensure accurate accountability of all transactions to and from the stores.
4 Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the warehouse operations
5 Responsible for the Checking and verification of documents -Quality security of the stores area and all stock at plant held
6 Improving OEE, 5 S activities, Process Improvements Work Study, Responsible for production timing
Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments, inventory, or warehouse equipment along with SAP knowledge
Supervise and warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to facilitate timely receipt and dispatch of materials

Must

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree/Diploma – Mechanical /Production etc.
Having 6-7 Years of experience In relevant field
