Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Panaji. The Customer Service Specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide support, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage phone communications. The role involves improving customer experiences and maintaining a high standard of service. Qualifications Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience skills Excellent phone etiquette and Customer Service skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team environment Problem-solving abilities and patience when dealing with customer issues Experience in the eyewear or retail industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent
