Photo Editor & E-Commerce Catalog Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual to handle photo editing, product cataloging, and digital content support for COCO LENI. The role bridges visual storytelling with e-commerce execution, ensuring our eyewear collections look their best across Shopify and social media.

Key Responsibilities1. Photo Editing

• Edit product and lifestyle images (retouching, color correction, resizing, background cleanup).
• Maintain brand consistency in all images following COCO LENI’s visual guidelines.
• Prepare high-resolution files for Shopify, Instagram, Facebook, and ads.

2. Catalog Management (Shopify)

• Upload and update products on Shopify with accurate titles, descriptions, tags, and pricing.
• Organize product collections, sizes, and variants.
• Ensure SEO optimization of product listings.
• Regularly audit and maintain the accuracy of the online catalog.

3. Social Media Support

• Crop and adapt images for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
• Assist with content scheduling (images, reels, carousels).
• Maintain consistency of visual branding across platforms.
• Coordinate with the creative and marketing team for campaign rollouts.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva (basic), or equivalent tools.
• Experience with Shopify product management is a must.
• Understanding of social media formats and trends (Instagram Reels, carousels, stories).
• Basic knowledge of SEO for e-commerce.
• Eye for detail, color, and composition.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

Preferred Background

• 1–3 years of experience in photo editing, cataloging, or e-commerce roles.
• Past experience with a fashion, eyewear, or lifestyle brand preferred.
• Photography skills (bonus, not mandatory).
