Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Panaji. The Customer Service Specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide support, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage phone communications. The role involves improving customer experiences and maintaining a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and Customer Service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Problem-solving abilities and patience when dealing with customer issues
• Experience in the eyewear or retail industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
