With our new state-of-the-art manufacturing lab, we are scaling production and need someone to manage our manufacturing and inventory using ERPNext.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Manufacturing & Inventory Coordinator who will own and manage our ERPNext system across production and inventory. This person will be the bridge between the workshop floor and our digital systems, ensuring smooth material flow, accurate stock management, and efficient production tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain ERPNext modules for manufacturing and inventory (Items, BOMs, Workstations, Warehouses).
• Create, release, and track Work Orders for frames, temples, and fronts.
• Assign and manage Job Cards for each operation (CNC, Lamination, Tumbling, Wire Shooting, Assembly, QC).
• Ensure all raw materials are mapped to operations and issued at the right stage.
• Monitor inventory levels (acetate, hinges, screws, wire cores, adhesives, lenses) and flag reorders.
• Track process losses, wastage, and QC rejections at each stage.
• Generate daily/weekly reports: stock balance, production efficiency, and costing per frame.
• Work closely with the production team to maintain real-time accuracy in ERPNext.
• Train and support team members in using ERPNext effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in Engineering, Operations, or Commerce (preferred).
• Strong skills in ERPNext / SAP / Tally / Odoo or any ERP software.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and good with numbers.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate between production staff and management.
• Experience in manufacturing / inventory / supply chain preferred.

Location

• Full-time, based in Goa (Porvorim Workshop).
• On-site role with daily interaction with the production floor.

Compensation

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience).
