Job Description

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end inventory operations, ensuring accuracy in stock levels across locations.
Conduct regular stock reconciliation between system and physical inventory.
Monitor inventory movement, discrepancies, and coordinate timely adjustments.
Operate and maintain operations/inventory management software, ensuring data integrity and smooth workflow.
Prepare periodic inventory reports and share actionable insights with the operations team.
Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
Support process improvements and implement best practices for inventory control and loss prevention.
Assist in audits and ensure compliance with internal inventory policies.

Qualifications & Education:

Bachelors degree in
Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
.
2–3 years of experience in
inventory management, stock reconciliation, or operations
.
Good understanding of
inventory management tools/software
(e.g., Zoho, Unicommerce, Easyecom, or similar).
Strong proficiency in
MS Excel/Google Sheets
for data handling and reporting.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to process improvement.x
