You will play a key role in building trust, educating consumers, and boosting conversions for our skincare products.


Key Responsibilities: 1. Call inbound leads and potential customers to pitch and sell products 2. Explain product benefits clearly and confidently 3. Maintain follow-up with interested prospects 4. Answer customer questions and resolve basic concerns 5. Track daily calls, feedback, and conversion data


What We are Looking For :1. 0-2 years of telesales or customer service experience 2. Fluent in Hindi and English 3. Good communication and persuasion skills 4. Confidence, patience, and a customer-first approach 5. Basic knowledge of skincare is a plus
