Inventory Control Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor and manage daily stock levels across warehouses and store locations.
• Maintain accurate stock records in software systems (e.g., Excel, or ERP).
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Forecast inventory needs based on sales data, seasonality, and promotions.
• Ensure reordering of raw materials and finished goods is timely to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
  

Production Management

• Plan and schedule production activities based on order requirements and capacity.
• Coordinate with suppliers, fabricators, and internal teams to manage production timelines.
• Maintain quality control at all production stages to meet brand standards.
• Track production costs, manage waste reduction, and suggest process improvements.
• Ensure timely delivery of finished products to the inventory system.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience (1-3 years) in inventory or production management, preferably in the fashion/apparel industry.
• Proficient with Excel, Google Sheets, inventory tools, or Shopify backend.
• Strong understanding of stock reconciliation and inventory movement tracking.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
  

Bonus if You Have:

• Experience with D2C or ecommerce brands.
• Familiarity with garment production processes or vendor management.
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics.
